Exploring E's is easy...
They're everywhere! Look at the newspaper and grocery coupons. Use Crayola® markers to circle all the capital E's and use a different color to circle lower-case e's. Saying E is not always so easy.
Sometimes E doesn't even have a sound. Practice different E sounds in words such as eel, seal, egg, echo and eye.
